Parent-managed accounts
MahirMath is intended for children using profiles created and managed by a parent or guardian. Parents register with an email address, account password and optional name; a child profile uses a nickname. Please do not enter a child's full name or sensitive personal information.
What is stored and why
We store parent account details, child profile nicknames, device pairing records, learning activity and saved progress to operate the platform, manage the 5-day shared family trial, maintain children's learning histories, and enable access across devices. Necessary login and pairing information is stored in your browser. Supabase provides backend database and authentication services.
Access and sharing
Parents are responsible for choosing who has access to their account and paired devices. Learning profiles are intended to be accessible only to their parent and authorised paired devices. We do not intentionally publish children's private learning records. Contact us if you believe access is incorrect.
Trial and subscription
The Basic Maths trial lasts 120 hours (5 days) shared by all children on a parent account, beginning when the first child starts practice. Creating an account does not start the trial. Once the trial ends, existing progress remains saved, but further practice requires a valid entitlement. No card details are requested and no payments are collected in the current release. The advertised RM23/month plan will only become available after payment activation; there is no automatic charge for using the free trial.
Changes, corrections and requests
Parents can request help correcting account details or asking about access, retention and deletion of their family's records by emailing mahirmath.official@gmail.com. We may request account verification before making changes. Account deletion is not yet self-service.
Using the platform
Content and rewards are for educational practice and encouragement. A stable internet connection is required for registration and reliable saving. We may update features or correct technical issues. Use the platform under appropriate parental supervision.
